How can I apply for a visa?
To apply for a visa, please navigate to the eTA/eVisa button or click on the Visa icon. You will find a list of countries available for application. If you cannot find your desired country, it may require an embassy-type visa, which can be processed exclusively through our helpline's chat support due to the amount of documentation involved and this steps will need us to profile you if you have substantial amount of documents to proceed with such type of visa.

How are we going to get our visa after applying?
Your visa will be delivered to travelplott app history once it is approved. Additionally, you will receive an email from us confirming your visa approval. You can download your visa either from the app or from your email.

Will I receive a refund for a rejected visa application?
No, but if the visa fee is specified as "refundable" on our payment page, Travelplott will process your refund.

When renting a car from your tour list, am I permitted to drive it myself?
While all cars rented from our tour lists are accompanied by a dedicated driver, you do have the option to drive it yourself. To exercise this option, you'll need to possess an International Driver's License and pay a deposit fee based on the car's status. This fee must be paid before gaining access to self-driving privileges.

What is the process for gathering my itinerary, and how will I receive it?
To streamline the process, you can easily upload your flight, hotel, and booked tours through our app by clicking on the itinerary icon. This comprehensive information allows us to create a detailed itinerary, which will be compiled into a single PDF file for your convenience. This PDF can be printed out and presented to immigration officers to communicate the purpose of your visit to their country.

Does travelplott provide refunds for booked tours?
We do not offer refunds once a tour is booked. However, a refund can be issued if there is no availability for your scheduled date.

Will I get a refund if my visa is denied under the holiday package?
Yes, your refund will be initiated after deducting the visa charge, and it may take 3 to 5 days to process. Note: For the Singapore package, only your flight ticket refund will be processed due to Singapore's policy.
