These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, travel consultation services, holiday packages, car hire bookings, visa/eTA information guidance, the PL ⚡ TT electric vehicle (EV) charging network, and the Travelplott online shop. By accessing our platform or utilizing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Travel Services, Bookings, and Itineraries

• Visas & eTAs: Information provided regarding visa and eTA requirements is for general guidance. Travelplott LTD provides informational support, but travelers remain solely responsible for ensuring their travel documents and visas comply with destination country regulations.
• Tours & Holiday Packages: All bespoke holiday packages, curated tours, and group itineraries are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our team. Prices and itineraries are tailored to user specifications.
• Car Hire: Vehicle rental arrangements facilitated through the platform are governed by specific third-party fleet guidelines, driver verification, and local operational requirements.

3. PL⚡TT Mobility & EV Charging Network

• Network Access: The PL⚡TT EV charging network allows users to access charging infrastructure via direct QR code scanning and immediate mobile payment options without requiring mandatory permanent account sign-ups or app downloads.
• Usage & Liability: Users of the PL⚡TT charging stations agree to operate charging equipment safely, adhere to posted station instructions, and pay all incurred session fees promptly. Travelplott LTD is not liable for vehicle incompatibilities, grid interruptions, or damages arising from improper use of charging hardware.

4. Travelplott Shop & Pre-Order Terms

• Pre-Order & Delivery Timelines: Most merchandise available on the Travelplott Shop is offered on a pre-order basis. Specific estimated delivery intervals and lead times are clearly explicitly stated on each product listing page prior to checkout. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the specified delivery timeframe for that item.
• Order Fulfillment & Contact: To fulfill physical orders, customers are required to provide an accurate delivery address, phone number for dispatch logistics, and valid payment details. Travelplott LTD is not responsible for dispatch delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
• Order Modifications & Cancellations: Requests to cancel or modify a pre-order must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item enters the procurement or dispatch phase, cancellations may be restricted or subject to administrative fees.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Transactions: All service fees, tour bookings, charging sessions, and e-commerce purchases must be settled using accepted payment methods on the platform.
• Cancellations: Tour and holiday package cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined during your booking confirmation, factoring in third-party vendor policies (hotels, transport, excursions). Shop refund policies apply to defective or damaged goods upon arrival, subject to inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

Travelplott LTD acts as a facilitator for travel services, mobility solutions, e-commerce retail, and lifestyle logistics. We accept no liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses, delivery delays caused by customs or third-party couriers, or injuries resulting from independent third-party suppliers, governmental travel restrictions, or public utility interruptions.
